Lad's background includes a BA Degree in Business Sport Management, with a minor in Coaching from Mount Ida College in Newton, MA.
Fitness and sports has always been a huge part of his life with his father being his inspiration. Growing up his father had taught him the importance of staying fit and gave him the knowledge of general fitness.
Lad's motto is; Motivation is the key to having clients achieve their goals. Goals that they would have never reached without it.
